長者组 Seniors Group
Our social/welfare secretary Mr. Chu is the leader of the Seniors Group.
The Seniors Group meet at the drop-in centre every wednesday. Some of them take part in the Baduenjin exercise before lunch. They also join in all the other activities arranged by the Association.
