1.  致歡迎詞和報告會員到會情況﹔ 

2.  宣讀並通過二○一○年全體會員年會會議紀要﹔

3.  協會會長作年度會務報告﹔ 

4.  協會會計作年度財務報告﹔ 

5.  協會執委會委員選舉﹔ 

6.  討論華人協會的中文名稱的修改﹔ 

7.  其它議題。 

如果您希望推舉任何華人協會的正式會員作為協會執委會委員的候選人﹐請在二○一一年十一月十八日(星期五)前將舉薦表交回任何一位現任執委會委員或送到華人協會辦事處:

The 12^th Annual General Meeting of The Chinese Association of Southampton will be held on Sunday 27^th November 2011 at 1:00pm at Redbridge Fire Station, Southampton, SO16 4LZ. [Download the 2011 AGM Notice]

The Agenda of the AGM will be:

1.      Welcome and Apologies

2.      Minutes of 2010 AGM

3.      Annual Report, presented by the Chairperson

4.      Financial Report presented by the Treasurer

5.      Election of Committee Members

6.      Discussion on the amendment of the Chinese name of CAS

7.      Any other Business

If you would like to nominate any Chinese Association members to stand for election at the AGM, please return the  Nomination Form by Friday 18^th November 2011 to any CAS committee member or to CAS office:
