scam<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u89aa\u611b\u7684\u5404\u4f4d\uff0c<\/p>\n<p>\u5e0c\u671b\u60a8\u4e00\u5207\u5b89\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u60f3\u63d0\u9192\u60a8\u5011\u6700\u8fd1\u767c\u751f\u7684\u4e00\u8d77\u8a50\u9a19\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u65bc2024\u5e744\u670813\u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u516d\uff09\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4e00\u4f4d\u6210\u54e1A\u5973\u58eb\u96aa\u4e9b\u6210\u70ba\u8a50\u9a19\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5979\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8a73\u7d30\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u6458\u8981\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u7fa4\u4e2d\u5e74\u5973\u6027\u4ee5\u5ee3\u6771\u8a71\u5171\u8b00\u6b3a\u9a19\u5357\u5b89\u666e\u6566\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u83ef\u4eba\u793e\u5340\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8a50\u9a19\u8005\u5404\u81ea\u626e\u6f14\u4e0d\u540c\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4ee5\u7372\u53d6\u4fe1\u4efb\u4e26\u64cd\u7e31\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u958b\u59cb\u662f\u7576\u4e00\u540d\u8a50\u9a19\u8005\u300c\u8a50\u9a19\u8005X\u300d\u63a5\u8fd1A\u5973\u58eb\uff0c\u5047\u88dd\u975e\u5e38\u7126\u6025\uff0c\u8a62\u554f\u5979\u662f\u5426\u8a8d\u8b58\u4e00\u4f4d\u5e74\u9577\u7684\u83ef\u4eba\u5973\u6027\u300cB\u5973\u58eb\u300d\u3002\u51fa\u65bc\u597d\u5fc3\uff0cA\u5973\u58eb\u8207\u5979\u5c55\u958b\u4e86\u5c0d\u8a71\u3002\u4e0d\u4e45\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u540d\u5973\u6027\u300c\u8a50\u9a19\u8005Y\u300d\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u8072\u7a31\u81ea\u5df1\u807d\u5230\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5c0d\u8a71\uff0c\u4e26\u8072\u7a31\u5979\u4e5f\u8a8d\u8b58B\u5973\u58eb\u3002\u4e09\u4eba\u96a8\u5f8c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4ea4\u8ac7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u67d0\u500b\u6642\u523b\uff0c\u8a50\u9a19\u8005X\u8981\u6c42A\u5973\u58eb\u805e\u5979\u624b\u4e0a\u7684\u9999\u6c34\uff0cA\u5973\u58eb\u7167\u505a\u4e86\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u554f\u5979\u9019\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9999\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u5f8c\uff0c\u8a50\u9a19\u8005\u5011\u806f\u7e6b\u4e86\u4e00\u4f4d\u5047\u88dd\u662fB\u5973\u58eb\u5973\u5152\u7684\u300c\u8a50\u9a19\u8005Z\u300d\u3002\u7576\u8a50\u9a19\u8005Z\u52a0\u5165\u6642\uff0c\u5979\u4e0d\u7965\u5730\u8072\u7a31\u8a50\u9a19\u8005X\u5c07\u6703\u9762\u81e8\u707d\u96e3\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u8f49\u5411A\u5973\u58eb\uff0c\u8b66\u544a\u5979\u5373\u5c07\u9762\u81e8\u8f03\u5c0f\u7684\u707d\u96e3\u3002\u8a50\u9a19\u8005\u5011\u65bd\u58d3A\u5973\u58eb\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1B\u5973\u58eb\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u7948\u79b1\u548c\u5100\u5f0f\u4f86\u9a45\u6563\u9019\u4e9b\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u707d\u96e3\u3002A\u5973\u58eb\u88ab\u8aaa\u670d\u53bb\u9280\u884c\u63d0\u53d6\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5100\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e26\u627f\u8afe\u5728\u5100\u5f0f\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c\u5c07\u8cc7\u91d1\u6b78\u9084\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u662f\u661f\u671f\u516d\uff0cA\u5973\u58eb\u53ea\u80fd\u63d0\u53d6\u00a31,000\uff0c\u8a50\u9a19\u8005\u8072\u7a31\u9019\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u707d\u96e3\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5efa\u8b70\u5979\u53bb\u860b\u679c\u5546\u5e97\u8cfc\u8cb7\u5e7e\u90e8iPhone\u3002\u5e78\u904b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7576A\u5973\u58eb\u5230\u9054Westquay\u7684\u860b\u679c\u5546\u5e97\u6642\uff0c\u65e9\u671f\u64cd\u7e31\u7684\u6548\u679c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u958b\u59cb\u6d88\u9000\uff0c\u5979\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u8a50\u9a19\u3002\u5e78\u597d\u5979\u6c92\u6709\u518d\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u884c\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>A\u5973\u58eb\u5df2\u7d93\u5411\u8b66\u65b9\u5831\u6848\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u4e00\u8a50\u9a19\u5c08\u9580\u91dd\u5c0d\u5fc3\u5730\u5584\u826f\u7684\u83ef\u4eba\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6566\u4fc3\u6bcf\u4f4d\u6210\u54e1\u4fdd\u6301\u8b66\u60d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u91cd\u8981\u63d0\u9192\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8207\u964c\u751f\u4eba\u4e92\u52d5\u6642\u8981\u5c0f\u5fc3\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4e0d\u8981\u63a5\u53d7\u964c\u751f\u4eba\u7d66\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3001\u98f2\u6599\u6216\u9999\u6c34\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u53ef\u80fd\u542b\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u5224\u65b7\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u66f4\u65b0\uff1a<\/strong> \u57282024\u5e7410\u67088\u65e5\uff0c\u5357\u5b89\u83ef\u5354\u4e3b\u5e2d\u63a5\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u4f86\u81ea\u5357\u5b89\u666e\u6566\u7684\u83ef\u4eba\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u96fb\u8a71\uff0c\u5831\u544a\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u4e00\u4f4d\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u5df2\u7d93\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u985e\u4f3c\u8a50\u9a19\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u3002\u9019\u5be6\u5728\u4ee4\u4eba\u907a\u61be\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6566\u4fc3\u5927\u5bb6\u4fdd\u6301\u8b66\u60d5\uff0c\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u8a50\u9a19\u624b\u6bb5\u4fdd\u6301\u8b66\u89ba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4fdd\u91cd\uff0c\u4e26\u8acb\u8207\u60a8\u7684\u5bb6\u4eba\u548c\u670b\u53cb\u5206\u4eab\u6b64\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u81f4\uff0c<br \/>\n\u5357\u5b89\u83ef\u5354\u59d4\u54e1\u6703<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dear All,<\/p>\n<p>I hope this message finds you well.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to draw your attention to a recent scam attempt. On Saturday, 13th April 2024, one of our members, Ms A, narrowly avoided falling victim to a fraudulent scheme. Based on the details she provided, here\u2019s a summary of the incident:<\/p>\n<p>A group of middle-aged women, speaking Cantonese, conspired to deceive members of the Chinese community in Southampton City Centre. The scammers took on distinct roles to gain trust and manipulate their target.<\/p>\n<p>The encounter began when one scammer, &#8220;Scammer X,&#8221; approached Ms A, pretending to be in distress and asking if she knew an elderly Chinese woman, &#8220;Ms B.&#8221; Out of kindness, Ms A engaged in conversation. Shortly after, another woman, &#8220;Scammer Y,&#8221; appeared, claiming to have overheard their conversation and asserting that she also knew Ms B. The three of them continued talking.<\/p>\n<p>At one point, Scammer X asked Ms A to smell a fragrance on her hand, which she did\u2014Ms A even asked what perfume it was.<\/p>\n<p>The scammers later contacted someone posing as Ms B\u2019s daughter, &#8220;Scammer Z.&#8221; When Scammer Z arrived, she ominously claimed that Scammer X would face a disaster, and then turned to Ms A, warning her of a smaller impending misfortune. The group pressured Ms A into believing that Ms B could help through prayers and rituals to dispel these supposed disasters. Ms A was persuaded to withdraw money for the ritual. Scamers promised Ms A that she will get back the monet once the ritual is completed.<\/p>\n<p>As it was a Saturday, Ms A could only withdraw \u00a31,000, which the scammers claimed was not enough to avert the disaster. They then suggested she purchase several iPhones from the Apple Store. Fortunately, when Ms A arrived at the Apple Store in Westquay, the effects of the earlier manipulation seemed to wear off, and she realised it was a scam. Thankfully, she did not proceed any further.<\/p>\n<p>Ms A has reported the incident to the police. However, as this scam specifically targets kind-hearted individuals within the Chinese community, we urge everyone to remain vigilant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important reminders:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be cautious when interacting with strangers.<\/li>\n<li>Do not accept food, drinks, or perfumes from people you do not know, as these may be laced with substances that impair judgement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Updates:<\/strong> On 8th October 2024, the CAS chairperson received a phone call from a Chinese family in Southampton, reporting that a family member had fallen victim to a similar scam. \u4e0d\u8981\u63a5\u53d7\u964c\u751f\u4eba\u7d66\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3001\u98f2\u6599\u6216\u9999\u6c34\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u53ef\u80fd\u542b\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u5224\u65b7\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u3002 \u66f4\u65b0\uff1a
