I regularly serve as the Team Lead Chef for the kitchen team and manage al kitchen operations for the Wednesday Lunch Club. I have a strong understanding of food costing, hall hire expenses, and how membership attendance impacts the overall success of our lunch events. Since March 2024, I have voluntarily chosen to forgo my wage as Lead Chef. I am committed to continuing my support and look forward to doing even more for the Association in the future.<\/p>\n
