\u6b64\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u5546\u5bb6\u548c\u611b\u5fc3\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\u548c\u8d0a\u52a9\uff0c\u6211\u50c5\u4ee3\u8868\u5357\u5b89\u666e\u6566\u83ef\u4eba\u5354\u6703\u5c0d\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6240\u5217\u4e00\u4f75\u8868\u9054\u611f\u6fc0\u4e4b\u60c5\uff1a

\nAccording to the Chinese Huangdi year (\u9ec4\u5e1d\u7d00\u5e74), which started at the beginning of the reign of the Yellow Emperor with year 1 at 2698 BC<\/a>, the year 2019 is the year 4717 in the Chinese Huangdi calendar. The Chinese New Year celebration is a community festival for the Chinese community to share the Chinese cultures and traditions with the general public and local communities.<\/p>\n

\nThousand of people have watched the performances on stage and participated in the workshops at the open floor. The celebration was officially opened with welcome speeches from the chairperson of CAS, the Director of SUCI, the Mayor of Southampton as well as the Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner.<\/p>\n

\nThe Chinese New Year celebration started off with an exciting traditional Chinese lion dance by the Waterside Lion Dance Club followed by the festive Chinese New Year songs sung by the members of CAS.<\/p>\n

\nA Taichi Fan display was given by CAS, a bamboo flute was played by SUCI, while Chinese folk songs in English were sung by St. Mary Fire Station and the audience.<\/p>\n

\u5357\u5b89\u666e\u6566\u65d7\u888d\u548c\u6587\u5316\u5354\u6703\u7684\u65d7\u888d\u79c0\u548c\u53e4\u7b8f\u6f14\u594f\u7b49\u7bc0\u76ee\u5145\u5206\u5c55\u73fe\u4e86\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u65cf\u6587\u5316\u7684\u7480\u74a8\u8f1d\u714c\u3002

\nThe Southampton Qipao & Culture Association (SQCA) gave a beautiful Qipao dance with traditional Guzeng instrument, while the youth of CAS and SQCA sang a pop song with modern instrument.<\/p>\n

\u5357\u5b89\u666e\u6566\u4e2d\u6587\u5b78\u6821\u548c\u5357\u5b89\u666e\u6566\u5927\u5b78\u7559\u5b78\u751f\u5011\u6f14\u5531\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u6b4c\u66f2\uff0c\u8d0f\u5f97\u53f0\u4e0b\u89c0\u773e\u7684\u71b1\u60c5\u4e92\u52d5\u3002

\nSome nice Chinese songs were sung by the Southampton Chinese School as well as by the Southampton University Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA), while a Taichi sequence was performed by Wutan Martial Arts School.<\/p>\n
