\nOn June 28, 2012, the 193 member states of the United Nations unanimously agreed to the UN General Assembly resolution 66\/281, announcing March 20th as the International Day of Happiness. The meeting confirmed that happiness and well-being are universal goals and aspirations in human life throughout the world, and have practical significance. It is of great significance to recognize this in public policy goals. The resolution also invites all Member States, organizations of the United Nations system, international and regional organizations and civil society, including non-governmental organizations and individuals, to organize events for International Happiness Day in an appropriate manner, including educational and public awareness events.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u6b21\u8bb2\u5ea7\u4ee5\u201c\u4f60\u5e78\u798f\u5417\u201d\u5f00\u573a\uff0c\u6d2a\u5f6c\u5973\u58eb\u4ee5\u82f1\u6587\u505a\u4e3b\u9898\u6f14\u8bb2\uff0c\u5b89\u8fea\u4ee5\u98ce\u8da3\u5e7d\u9ed8\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u8bdd\u8fdb\u884c\u8be0\u91ca\uff0c \u6d2a\u5f6c\u5973\u58eb\u9996\u5148\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u5e86\u795d\u56fd\u9645\u5e78\u798f\u65e5\u7684\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5e78\u798f\u62a5\u544a\u4e2d\u76f8\u5173\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6392\u540d\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u63a5\u7740\uff0c\u5979\u4ece\u79d1\u5b66\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u8bb2\u89e3\u4e86\u63d0\u5347\u4e2a\u4eba\u5e78\u798f\u611f\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u81ea\u8eab\u7814\u7a76\u5b9e\u4f8b\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u63d0\u5347\u4e2a\u4eba\u5e78\u798f\u611f\u5bf9\u81ea\u8eab\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u6574\u4e2a\u8bb2\u5ea7\u6df1\u5165\u6d45\u51fa\uff0c\u73b0\u573a\u6c14\u6c1b\u6d3b\u8dc3\u3002
\nThis lecture started with \u201cAre you happy?\u201d Ms. Hongbin gave her first keynote speech in English. Andy did the translation using the Hong Kong dialect in a humorous way. Ms. Hongbin then introduced the significance of celebrating International Happiness Day, the relevant countries in the World Happiness Report, the ranking of the region, then, from a scientific point of view to explain the ways to enhance personal well-being, and combined with their own research examples to analyze the importance of personal happiness to themselves and others. The whole lecture was very simple and the atmosphere was lively.<\/p>\n
