The Chinese Association of Southampton (CAS) is supported by JRC Global Buffet for holding a Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner on 6th September 2022. JRC這次會為各位參加者準備以下特別美食，5:30pm就放好在桌子上：
JRC restaurant will prepare the following special dishes for our participants, which will be placed on the table at 5:30pm:
1.清蒸鲈鱼 Steamed sea bass
2.红烧猪肘 Braised pork knuckle
3.姜葱兰花蟹 Ginger Onion Orchid Crab
4.酱牛腱肉 Sauce beef tendon
5.白灼虾 Boiled Shrimp
6.蒜蓉空心菜 Garlic water spinach
7.白饭 Rice
我們有三百多人參加中秋節晚會，而且以上美食5:30pm就準備好了。因此請大家當天5pm就到達JRC。
We have more than 300 people attending the Mid-Autumn Festival event and the above food will be ready by 5:30pm. So please arrive at JRC restaurant at 5pm on the same day.
為了確保大家還能享受自助餐區的美食，我們會分5輪讓大家到自助餐區拿食物，每一輪25分鐘。
In order to ensure that everyone can also enjoy the food in the buffet area, we will let everyone go to the buffet area to pick up food in 5 rounds, each round is 25 minutes.
第一輪 First round: 5:35pm-6pm
第二輪 Second round: 6pm-6:25pm
第三輪 Third round: 6.25pm-6:50pm
第四輪 Fourth round: 6:50pm-7:15pm
第五輪 Fifth round: 7:15pm-7:40pm
入場時，義工們會告訴您1）您的桌子號碼和2）到自助餐區拿食物的時間。請您在規定的時間到自助餐區拿食物然後準時回去自己座位，好讓下一輪的朋友可以按時拿到食物。您享用了桌上的特別美食和自助餐區的美食後，還可以於7:40pm後再到自助餐區拿食物。請在此處查看坐席平面圖。
Upon entry, CAS volunteers will tell you 1) your table number and 2) the time to go to the buffet area to pick up your food. Please go to the buffet area to pick up the food at the specified time and then go back to your seat on time, so that our friends can get their food on time. After you have enjoyed the special food on the table and the food in the buffet area, you can still pick up more food in the buffet area after 7:40pm. Please see the sitting floor plan here.
大家的合作將會幫到廚房的廚師順利準備食物，也讓所有參加者可以共度一個快樂的中秋節，一起享受美食，欣賞演出和參加節目。
Your cooperation will help the chefs in the kitchen to prepare food smoothly, and also allow all participants to enjoy a happy Mid-Autumn Festival together. We can enjoy the nice food, watch performances and participate in other activities in that evening.
