•Strong catering and cooking skills; led kitchen operations for the weekly drop-in lunch club.
•Organised, reliable, and able to plan logistics for catering and event support. Effective at managing teams in high-pressure environments.
•Clear communicator, both within the team and with the public.

I regularly serve as the Team Lead Chef for the kitchen team and manage al kitchen operations for the Wednesday Lunch Club. I have a strong understanding of food costing, hall hire expenses, and how membership attendance impacts the overall success of our lunch events. Since March 2024, I have voluntarily chosen to forgo my wage as Lead Chef. I am committed to continuing my support and look forward to doing even more for the Association in the future.
我經常擔任週三午餐俱樂部廚房團隊的主廚及領隊，負責管理所有廚房運作。我對食材成本、場地租賃費用以及會員出席率對活動整體成效的影響有深入的了解。自2024年3月起，我自願放棄作為主廚的廚師費，因為我視自己為協會大家庭的一份子，能夠貢獻自己的力量為榮。我承諾會繼續支持協會，並期盼未來能做出更多貢獻。
