• I first became a general member of CAS in 2015/2016 and rejoined in 2024. Since rejoining, I have actively participated in the Wednesday Lunch Club’s catering service and Open Day events.

• I took part in the 2024 CAS Dragon Boat Festival event, which featured a zongzi-making and shared lunch activity. The event was a great success, with over 50 members joining and celebrating together.

• I am passionate about supporting CAS’s charitable mission and am committed to helping expand its growth and impact within the local community. I possess strong culinary and catering service skills and am responsible for managing the kitchen operations for the weekly Lunch Club.

• 我自2015/2016年起成為CAS的一般會員,並於2024年重新加入。重新加入後,我積極參與週三午餐俱樂部的餐飲服務及開放日活動。

• 我曾參與2024年CAS中心舉辦的端午節「包粽子與共享午餐」活動,當天有超過50位會員共襄盛舉,活動圓滿成功。

• 我熱衷於支持CAS慈善機構的使命,並致力於推動其在本地社區的成長與影響力。我具備優秀的烹飪與餐飲服務技能,並負責管理每週午餐俱樂部的廚房運作。

•I am organized and reliable, skilled in planning logistics for catering and community events, and able to effectively lead teams under pressure. I have strong communication skills and can interact effectively with team members and the public.

•I am familiar with the roles and expectations of committee members, value teamwork, and am committed to promoting an open and transparent decision-making process.

•我做事有條理、值得信賴,擅長規劃餐飲及社區活動的後勤安排,能在高壓環境下有效領導團隊。具備良好的溝通能力,能與團隊成員及公眾有效互動。

•我熟悉委員會成員的職責與期望,重視團隊合作,並致力於推動開放且透明的決策流程。

Experience 經驗 (Previous or other relevant experience. 過往或其他相關經歷。)

•I hold a qualified dim sum chef certification and am skilled in making a variety of traditional and innovative dim sum. I enjoy teaching members these skills to promote Chinese culinary culture. I look forward to more opportunities in catering education, event planning, and cross-cultural exchange to continue contributing to the association and community.

•I possess knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene, ensuring that kitchen operations during events comply with health and safety standards. I am familiar with event budget management and resource coordination, capable of effective planning within limited resources to successfully achieve event goals.

•I have been actively involved in kitchen operations and Wednesday Lunch Club open events for a long time. I am well acquainted with the duties and expectations of committee members, uphold a spirit of teamwork, and am committed to the steady development of the association and the enhancement of service quality.

•持有合格點心師資格,擅長製作各類傳統與創新點心,並樂於教授會員製作技巧,推廣中華飲食文化。期待未來有更多機會在餐飲教學、活動策劃及跨文化交流方面,為協會及社區持續貢獻心力。

•具備食品安全與廚房衛生相關知識,能確保活動期間廚房運作符合健康與安全標準。熟悉活動預算控管與物資統籌,能在有限資源下妥善規劃,順利達成各項活動目標。

•長期積極參與廚房運作及週三午餐俱樂部的開放活動,熟悉委員會成員的職責與期望,秉持團隊合作精神,致力於協會的穩健發展與服務品質提升。
