近日香港大埔地區發生火災事故，消息牽動著我們的心。許多華人社群在港都有親友、鄉親居住於該區，本會對可能受到影響的香港同胞與家庭致以最深切的慰問。
我們向在事故中受傷、受驚或遭受損失的市民表達關懷，也向在現場投入救援的相關人員致以敬意。

A recent fire incident occurred in the Tai Po area of Hong Kong, and the news has weighed heavily on our hearts. Many in the Chinese community have relatives and friends living in the area, and our association extends its deepest condolences to the Hong Kong compatriots and families who may have been affected.
We express our concern to those injured, frightened, or who have suffered losses in the incident, and we offer our respect to those who participated in the rescue efforts on the front line.
May the injured recover soon, and may the affected families find stability and strength. The Chinese Association of Southampton stands together with everyone, offering our thoughts and prayers for peace and safety.
